Organizational Context

The International Maritime Organization (IMO) is the United Nations specialized agency with responsibility for the measures to improve the safety and security of international shipping and to prevent pollution from ships. The Technical Cooperation and Implementation Division focuses on supporting Member States in implementing IMO's regulatory framework.

Job Purpose

To provide analytical support for the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical cooperation projects within the division.

Responsibilities

Assist in project planning and development; Monitor project implementation and progress; Support budget management and financial tracking; Prepare project reports and documentation; Liaise with stakeholders and partners.

Work Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in project support or analysis, preferably within an international organization or development context.
